Parents/Guardians are requested to read the following instructions carefully before filling out the application form.

1. General Instructions

1. Ensure that all information provided in the application form is accurate and complete.

2. Fill the form carefully using correct spellings of the student's name and parent's name as per official documents.

3. All fields marked with (*) are mandatory and must be filled.

4. Only one application should be submitted for each student. Duplicate applications may lead to rejection.

5. Submission of the online form does not guarantee admission. Admission will be confirmed only after verification of documents and approval by the school authorities.

2. Documents Required

Parents/Guardians should keep the following documents ready before filling the form:

For KG Admission

• Birth Certificate of the student

• Aadhaar Card copy of the student

• Aadhaar Card copy of parents/guardian

• Blood Group Certificate from a certified clinic

• Height and weight details of the student

For Class I – VII

• Birth Certificate

• Previous Class Mark Sheet

• Transfer Certificate (TC)

• Conduct Certificate

• PEN Number / APAAR ID (if available)

• Aadhaar Card copy of student and parents

3. Photograph Requirements

Please upload a recent passport size photograph of the student.

Guidelines:

• Clear photograph with light background

• JPG / JPEG / PNG format

• File size preferably less than 1 MB

4. Filling the Application Form

While filling the form, please ensure that:

• The student's name matches the Birth Certificate.

• The date of birth is entered correctly.

• The correct class for admission is selected.

• Contact details such as mobile number and address are accurate.

The mobile number provided will be used for all admission communications.

5. Submission of Application

After completing the form:

1. Review all details carefully before submitting.

2. Once submitted, the form cannot be edited online.

3. You will receive a confirmation message or reference number after submission.

4. Please keep this reference number for future communication.

6. Admission Process

After submission of the online application:

• The school will review the application.

• Eligible candidates may be called for an interaction/interview or selection test.

• Parents may be contacted through the registered phone number.

Admission will be granted based on seat availability and student eligibility.

7. Important Notes

• Submission of the form does not confirm admission.

• Admission fees once paid will not be refunded.

• Any false information or incorrect documents may result in cancellation of the application.

• The decision of the school authorities will be final in all admission matters.
